PROCEUDRE:

1. Meeting called to order at 2.07 PM by Ranjan Agarwal, Chair
2. Ottawa/McGill that Attendence of Central Canadian Novice Tournament be added to schedule. PASSED.


REPORTS:

3. President’s Report
a. Leger Cup to be presented by the Royal Military College with a contract to be signed by winner of Central Canadian Regional Championship

4. Vice President (Central Canada) report, presented by Ranjan Agarwal, President
i. Discussion regarding objectives and goals of VP Central
ii. Delia Salmons elected as VP Central.


NEW BUSINESS:

5. Central Canadian Novice Tournament Attendence.
a. A lengthy discussion insued about the schedualing of tournaments
b. Informal resolution to have earlier tournament notifications (before National Championships) so that any conflicts may be addressed before CUSID tournament schedule is created at the National Championships for the following year.

6. Informal agreement that Central Regional Championship bid should be held at Central Regional Championships starting at 2001 Central Regional Championships


ANNOUNCEMENTS:

7. Ottawa/Western to allow date switch for Ottawa and Guelph tournaments respectively. PASSED

8. Request made to include High School Tournaments hosted by CUSID members to be included in yearly schedule as to aviod any sheduling problems


ADJOURNMENT:

9. The meeting was adjourned at 3.03 PM. The next Central Regional Metting is tentitively on January 20, 2001, at McGill University if need is required.
